Order Processing
All JDPRINTLAB products are made to order or carefully prepared for shipment from our workshop in Illinois.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
Where applicable, products include protective packaging and a JDPRINTLAB thank-you card.
Delivery Delays
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll gladly help investigate.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
